About the Recipe
Healthy Sheera is a lighter twist on the beloved Indian semolina dessert, made with wholesome ingredients, sugar alternatives and nourishing flavours

Ingredients
1 cup semolina (sooji)
2 cups water
1/2 cup jaggery (or coconut sugar)
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp ghee (optional, for flavor)
1 tbsp nuts (almonds, cashews) & raisins
Preparation
1. Roast: in a kadai add ghee roast sooji on low heat till light golden, 3–4 mins.
2. Boil: In a pan, add water, jaggery, Boil till jaggery dissolves.
3. Mix: Slowly add roasted sooji, stirring continuously.
4. Cook: Cover & simmer 5–7 mins, stirring till thick & glossy.
5. Add ghee, cardamom, nuts, and raisins. Mix well.
6. Serve hot
